This is my favorite. When I was a semester away from graduating I went on at least 26
interviews. The interviews varied and I mean varied. The focus was to train myself for the
important interviews when I graduated. I elaborated many times when I felt the interview
was losing focus. I emphasized the textbook interviewing things, punctuality, grooming, I
even wrote out questions I thought they would ask. I always carried an extra resume
because the interviewer most likely wouldnt have one on hand because he or she might
be informed that day they were to interview you.
Here are some of my interviewing
experiences:

I learned a lot from this interview. I did not
crystallize the position however, I did learn
a valuable lesson write your resume to the
job. For example, if it is a customer service
position, write only about customer service
issues. When interviewing keep the
conversation on your customer service
trouble shooting skills. Elaborate on your
understanding of the customers issue not
problem. Rent a car places have a high turn over rate and
they are constantly hiring
their purpose is to determine if you are
going to stay long enough for them to make
a profit off you. I know, I crystallized at
their competition H.I.R.E., Hertz Insurance

Competitive Edge Agency. I learned what
graduating in two years meant to a potential
employer and how they see your skills.
Graduating in a short period of time and with
a fixed income to finish with stated I was a
planner, proactive and realistic in my
objectives. I did not crystallize with him.
