Baltazar's Comments:
Hawaii University
I was disappointed by the comments made by the counselors.
They interpreted my graduating as a loss. I didn’t lose anything.
What I did do was demonstrate with time-management almost
anything can be achieved. What was reveling was the lack of
urgency on the counselor’s part to assist the students in
graduating and making the most of their money while in school
